3. Who sees what
- Your coach sees your first name, workouts, records, comments and messages while you are linked to them. You can leave your coach at any time from the Profile tab.
- Your teammates see your first name, your number of workouts, your scores in the team's challenges, and the workouts you choose to share.
- The Live-Once team (Neyl Chraibi) can access data to run the service, answer your feedback and fix errors.
4. Our service providers
Your data is processed by providers that host or run the service, only on our behalf:
- Supabase: database and sign-in. Data is hosted in Canada, in the Montréal region.
- Vercel: hosting of the liveonce.live website (United States).
- Resend: sending sign-in emails (United States).
- Google Workspace: Live-Once's email, including messages exchanged with support.
- Stripe: payments, once paid plans are open.
- Google: sign-in with a Google account, if you choose it.
- Apple: app distribution, once the app is distributed through the App Store, and notifications.
Some of these providers are located outside Québec and outside the European Union. We choose providers that offer adequate protection safeguards.
5. How long we keep your data
Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, it is erased from the database immediately. Technical backup copies disappear within 7 days afterwards.
6. Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access your data and get a copy, by writing to support@liveonce.live;
- correct your information from the Profile tab, or on request;
- delete your account and all your data from the app: Profile, then "Delete my account";
- withdraw your consent, for example to notifications, from your iPhone settings;
- file a complaint with your country's authority: the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the CNIL in France, or the CNDP in Morocco.
We answer requests within 30 days.
7. Minimum age
Live-Once is for people 16 years and older.
8. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data is restricted by rules that only let each person see what concerns them. Live-Once stores no passwords: you sign in with a link sent by email, or with Google.
9. Changes
If this policy changes significantly, we will let you know in the app before the change applies.
