Live-Once Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Live-Once, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. The service

Live-Once is an iPhone app and a website, liveonce.live, to track your workouts, be coached, and train as a team. The service is published by Neyl Chraibi, reachable at support@liveonce.live.

During the pilot phase, Live-Once is free and provided "as is": some features may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Your feedback, sent from Profile then "Feedback about the app", helps us improve it.

2. Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• You provide a valid email address and keep access to it: it is how you sign in.
• You are responsible for what happens with your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app: Profile, then "Delete my account".

3. Health and safety

Live-Once is not a medical service. Programs come from your coach, and load suggestions are automatic hints. See a health professional before starting or changing a program, especially if you have pain, an injury or a health condition. Stop exercising if it hurts. You alone decide what your body can do.

4. Coaches and gyms

Coaches and gyms using Live-Once are independent from Live-Once. They are responsible for the programs, advice and answers they give their athletes. Live-Once provides the tool that connects you.

5. What you post

Your comments, messages, team names and challenges remain yours. You only allow us to store them and show them to the people concerned (your coach, your teammates), for as long as needed to run the service. You agree not to post anything illegal, insulting, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not: impersonate someone else, access other people's data without permission, disrupt or try to bypass the security of the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Live-Once is not liable for injuries related to exercise, for advice given by coaches, or for data loss caused by a service interruption. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

8. Personal data

How we use your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app before it applies. If you keep using Live-Once afterwards, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Before taking any action, write to us at support@liveonce.live: we will first look for an amicable solution.
